The ‘Studienhaus’ celebrated its 15th anniversary with a festive dinner followed by a lecture and discussion on Saturday evening, and a celebratory worship service on Sunday. During the Saturday evening event, which was attended by numerous alumni of the ‘Studienhaus’, Rev. Dr. Dan Holder presented his recently published dissertation on the topic of friendship in the pastoral ministry (The Pastor as Friend?).

Following the opening aperitif, which provided an opportunity for mingling and reuniting, all guests enjoyed a delightful dinner. The dessert seamlessly transitioned into Rev. Dr. Dan Holder’s lecture, in which he reflected on various forms of relationships in the pastoral profession and delved into the details of his qualitatively oriented study. It was a nuanced and profound exploration of the differences between "friendship" and "friendliness" in the pastoral context!
